1. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for all cities across Pakistan. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon the arrival of our courier partner to ensure a smooth delivery process.

5. Damages & Issues

Faisons-Meilleur is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Photos of the damaged packaging and product.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship within Pakistan. We are working hard to bring our supplements to the global market soon!
